Philly's Steaks is an idea of two experienced entrepreneurs in the food & restaurant industry. Among them there are Umberto Albanese, a well-known restaurateur with decades of experience in the city of Trani, and Michele Paparella, an Italian who grew up in Philadelphia and has been in Italy for many years.
Their dream has always been to create a slice of America in Puglia, bringing one of the most iconic dishes from the city of Philadelphia to Italy, a firm favorite among American street food: the Philly cheesesteak.
As the founding fathers, Washington, Jefferson, Adams & Franklin, these new founding fathers of the new millenium bring one of the tastiest sandwiches from the USA to Trani.
